The conditions outlined for the orders are stated as under:

• For any ONLINE ORDER payment would be made in full
• In case of return or non-acceptance of the product, delivery charges would be recovered from the amount.
• Delivery charges of Sialkot, Gujranwala and Lahore can vary as per local delivery options.
• Delivery would be made within 24-48 hours to national level clients.
• Product can be replaced within 5 working days.  Later than 5 days, claim for replacement wouldn’t be entertained.
• In case of returning the product by client, the amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery charges.
• In case of returning of any product by offline shoppers at the offline store, it can be returned on the spot.
• The next day, return request of the stuff wouldn’t be entertained.
• Delivery of the item would be subject to full payment by the client.
